Russia allegedly “slows down” the holding of meetings in the Normandy format. This opinion was expressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba. Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that it would not be possible to hold a ministerial meeting of the Normandy Four countries on November 11.
According to him, recently, Kiev, Berlin and Paris received a draft final document of the ministerial meeting of the Normandy Four, which was proposed by Moscow.
“In fact, the Russian proposal went against them and consisted mainly of stamps Russian propaganda, “Kuleba told the UNN agency.
In his opinion, this is an attempt to slow down the process, undermining the efforts of France and Germany trying to organize productive meetings in the Normandy format.
The Ukrainian minister also called on Moscow “to be constructively involved in the real process of political and diplomatic settlement.”
