The US Navy decided to suspend its aircraft operations on June 13 to analyze the situation in connection with recent crashes. This is stated in the press release of the Naval Air Command.
It is noted that all non-deployed naval aviation units should “review risk management practices and conduct threat and error management drills.”

Recall that on June 8, the command of the US Marine Corps reported the crash of a tiltrotor MV-22 Osprey, which crashed in California. Five soldiers were killed in the incident. On June 10, a military helicopter with four people on board crashed in a desert area. There were no victims.
